Oliver Murdock vs Steven Buchannon

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Stub Hub Center (Football), Los Angeles,  taking place on 16/12/2045:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the North American Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Showtime, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Oliver Murdock (27(1) - 6(3) - 2) who hails from Rochester, USA and Steven The Cannon Buchannon(25(23) - 3(3)) from New York City, USA.  Both Murdock and Buchannon weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Yasin Hashemi, and the three ringside judges are Richie Burnes, Charlie Valdivia and Vince Aitken.
