Kir Shipulin vs Dmitri Skobov

Boxing Daily Report from the Attakora Promotions promoted show at Novosibirsk Semak, Novosibirsk,  taking place on 02/11/2045:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Russia-Novosibirsk Oblast Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kir Shipulin (10 - 13 - 3) who hails from Novosibirsk, Russia and Dmitri Skobov(6 - 27(2) - 2) from Novosibirsk, Russia.  Shipulin weighed in at 218 pounds and 9 ounces, while Skobov weighed in at 229 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Igor Tretiakov, and the three ringside judges are Alik Podladchikov, Valeri Medved and Andrii Kowaleski.
