Malcolm Carnegie vs Ian Lanman

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Olympic Park Stadium, Melbourne,  taking place on 04/02/2045:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the IRBF Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SBS1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Malcolm The Storm Carnegie (50(23) - 8(1) - 1) who hails from Edinburgh, UK and Ian Lanman(28(26) - 3) from Toronto, Canada.  Both Carnegie and Lanman weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jonathan Neilson, and the three ringside judges are Paul Elmasyan, Ian Niven and Neil Lazarev.
