Boxing Daily Report from the AI Uganda-Kampala District promoted show at YMCA Ground, Kampala,  taking place on 28/07/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Eastern African Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on UTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Peter Lekimeju (37(36) - 12(12)) who hails from Machakos, Kenya and Kamran Akbari(18(4) - 8(2) - 1) from Kampala, Uganda.  Lekimeju weighed in at 122 pounds, while Akbari weighed in at 121 pounds And 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is John Wabwiremangen, and the three ringside judges are John Ludigomkasa, Ollie Kavuma and Michael Takuba.
