Tariq Hameed vs Jawad Mady

Boxing Daily Report from the Kasankha Promotions promoted show at Port Said Ghandour, Port Said,  taking place on 21/10/2043:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Egypt-Port Said Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Tariq Hameed (6 - 9(2) - 1) who hails from Port Said, Egypt and Jawad Mady(8 - 17 - 5) from Port Said, Egypt.  Both Hameed and Mady weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Faisal Obeid, and the three ringside judges are Gazi Henedi, Mohsin Abed and Saad Debs.  

Round 1: 

Hameed hits home with a cross.  
Hameed is looking to keep his distance and is on target with a jab.  
Mady manages to force Hameed onto the ropes.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Mady dabs at his face checking for damage.
