Alfonso Machado vs Jose Colon

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Ginásio do Maracanãzinho, Rio de Janeiro,  taking place on 31/10/2043:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Alfonso Machado (30(17) - 4(3) - 1) who hails from Salvador, Brazil and Jose Colon(33(25) - 5) from Santo Domingo Norte, Dominican Republic.  Machado weighed in at 246 pounds and 13 ounces, while Colon weighed in at 248 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Bronco Campos, and the three ringside judges are Xaverius Lombardo, Jerrold Vas and Dimos Triano.
