Ian Weir vs Bryn Strahan

Boxing Daily Report from the Kiwi Boxing Federation promoted show at North Shore White, North Shore,  taking place on 30/08/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the New Zealand-Auckland Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ian Weir (14 - 10(1) - 4) who hails from Manukau, New Zealand and Bryn Strahan(5(1) - 0) from Auckland, New Zealand.  Weir weighed in at 135 pounds, while Strahan weighed in at 134 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Jonathan Teague, and the three ringside judges are Will Mellas, Clinton Crail and Kenzie Anderson.  

Round 1: 

Strahan is looking to close the distance and lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.
