Vidal Ngaya vs Juan Belles

Boxing Daily Report from the Kamao Promotions promoted show at Cebu City Lapitan, Cebu City,  taking place on 14/07/2043:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Philippines-Cebu Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IBC, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Vidal Ngaya (21(6) - 0) who hails from Cebu City, Philippines and Juan Belles(26 - 5 - 3) from Cebu City, Philippines.  Both Ngaya and Belles weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Emanuel Pansoy, and the three ringside judges are Vicente Baliad, Ricky Magana and Eduardo Macalam.
