Orlando Sablay vs Mark Cablayan

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-NCR promoted show at Imperial Palace Hotel, Quezon City,  taking place on 02/07/2043:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Philippines-NCR Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IBC, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Orlando Sablay (23 - 18(1) - 5) who hails from Manila, Philippines and Mark Cablayan(10 - 6 - 2) from Taguig, Philippines.  Sablay weighed in at 118 pounds, while Cablayan weighed in at 117 pounds And 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Juan Palacay, and the three ringside judges are Ivan Delasin, Angel Landeros and Robert Lipat.
