Jay Pinner vs Aldrik Schenkelberg

Boxing Daily Report from the HONEYPUNCH promoted show at Max Schmeling Halle, Berlin,  taking place on 13/06/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Germany Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky Sport Deutschland, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Jay Pinner (20(14) - 0) who hails from Cologne, Germany and Aldrik Schenkelberg(14 - 19(2) - 6) from Berlin, Germany.  Both Pinner and Schenkelberg weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Diedrick Beyers, and the three ringside judges are Maynard Gelsinger, Le+¦ Sanders and Ellard Heidtman.  

Round 1: 

Pinner is looking to close the distance.  Pinner sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Pinner lands a left hook, right hook and a left hook to his opponents head.  Pinner clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Pinner pushes his forearm into Schenkelberg's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Schenkelberg throws a right hook, but Pinner clinches his opponent.  Pinner is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Pinner to stop fouling.  
Pinner pivots to the side of his opponent.  Pinner connects with a right hook.  Pinner ties up his opponent.  Pinner is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Pinner to stop fouling.  
Schenkelberg steps away from his opponent.  Pinner connects with a sharp overhand right.  
Pinner closes the distance and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Schenkelberg almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Pinner pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Pinner lands a left hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the head, AND SENDS SCHENKELBERG SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 9.  Pinner holds on to his opponent.  Pinner leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  Schenkelberg quickly recovers. 
Pinner pivots from in front of his opponent.  Pinner lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Pinner holds on to his opponent.  Pinner leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Pinner's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  Schenkelberg quickly recovers. 
Pinner EXPLODES a spiteful right hook into his opponents face.  SCHENKELBERG IS HURT!  Schenkelberg quickly recovers. 
Pinner manouvers his opponent into the corner.  Pinner DETONATES a FEARSOME right uppercut on his opponents face.  IT LOOKS LIKE SCHENKELBERG WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Schenkelberg quickly recovers. 
Pinner is on target with a left hook.  
Pinner lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Schenkelberg quickly recovers. 
Pinner finds the target with a hard jab.  
Pinner pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Schenkelberg switches the action to the outside.  Pinner feints a left, and then lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Pinner advances into close range and slams a hurtful right uppercut into his opponents ribs.  SCHENKELBERG WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Schenkelberg almost instantly recovers. 
Pinner is looking to close the distance.  Pinner pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a right uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Schenkelberg throws a left uppercut, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a stinging right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Pinner sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Pinner gets on the inside.  Pinner pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Pinner stalks his opponent...he just needs the right shot to put his opponent away!  Pinner lands a hurtful right hook.  SCHENKELBERG IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  THE COUNT REACHES 10, BUT SCHENKELBERG IS UNABLE TO GET UP!  The winner by KO is Pinner!
