Zhu Ghakupow vs Rashid Ghazi

Boxing Daily Report from the Plunder Boxing promoted show at KLCC Exhibition Hall, Kuala Lumpur,  taking place on 06/04/2043:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Zhu Ghakupow (6(6) - 0) who hails from Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia and Rashid Ghazi(7 - 24(1) - 3) from Johor Bahru, Malaysia.  Both Ghakupow and Ghazi weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Syed Kamel, and the three ringside judges are Amjad Ebrahimi, Danyaal Kharoti and Tariq Ahmed.  

Round 1: 

Ghakupow lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Ghakupow is on target with a jab.  
Ghazi sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Ghakupow lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Ghazi is looking to keep his distance.  Ghakupow sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Ghakupow is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Ghakupow cuts off the ring, trapping Ghazi in a corner.  Ghakupow lands a right hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left uppercut to the head.  Ghakupow clinches his opponent.  Ghakupow leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Ghakupow is on target with a right uppercut.  Ghakupow ties up his opponent.  Ghakupow tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Ghazi's kidney. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Ghakupow about fouling.  
Ghakupow lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  Ghakupow holds on to his opponent.  Ghakupow uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Ghazi behind the head. Ghakupow leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Ghakupow drives a firm right uppercut into his opponents body.  
Ghakupow lands two jab's to the head followed by a cross to the body.  
Ghakupow feints a left, and then lands a jab to the head, a left hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Ghazi almost instantly recovers. 
Ghakupow pivots from in front of his opponent and connects with a left hook.  
Ghakupow lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Ghakupow gets on the inside and is on target with a firm left uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
Ghakupow hits home with a left hook.  
Ghakupow closes the distance and lands a right uppercut, right hook and a left hook to his opponents head.  
Ghakupow is on target with a firm left uppercut to Ghazi's body.  Ghakupow holds on to his opponent.  Ghakupow leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Ghakupow's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Ghakupow manouvers his opponent into the blue corner.  Ghakupow lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Ghakupow lands a jab followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Ghazi steps away from his opponent.  Ghakupow sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Ghazi's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Ghazi's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Ghakupow hits home with a right hook.  
Ghakupow connects with a right uppercut.  
Ghakupow drives a solid left hook into his opponents liver.  
Ghakupow lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Ghakupow digs in a sharp right hook to his opponents ribcage.  Ghakupow holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Ghakupow pushes his forearm into Ghazi's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Ghakupow about fouling.  
Ghakupow throws a right hook, but his opponent parries the shot.  Ghakupow clinches his opponent.  Ghakupow leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Ghakupow's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Ghakupow steps inside and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Ghazi almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Ghakupow lands two right hook's to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Ghakupow advances into close range and digs in a solid left hook to Ghazi's ribs.  
Ghakupow lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Ghakupow lands a straight 1 - 2.  He then lands a left hook followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Ghakupow connects with a stinging cross.  
Ghakupow tries to land a jab, but Ghazi dodges the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Ghakupow lands a straight 1 - 2.  He follows up the attack and lands a left uppercut followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Ghakupow drives a stinging right hook into Ghazi's body.  
Ghakupow manouvers Ghazi into a corner.  Ghakupow lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body, KNOCKING GHAZI DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 6.  
Ghakupow knows it could take just a few clean shots to force the stoppage.  Ghakupow whips in a spiteful left hook to his opponents ribs.  GHAZI IS DOWN!  He manages to get up at 5.  It looks like Ghazi has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Ghazi's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.

Ghakupow advances into close range and whips in a spiteful left hook to Ghazi's body.  GHAZI IS HURT!  Ghazi recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Ghakupow lands a right hook to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a left hook to the body.  
Ghakupow digs in a left hook to Ghazi's liver.  
Ghakupow lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Ghakupow lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a double right hook to his opponents head.

Ghazi is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Ghakupow lands a double jab to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a cross followed by  two jabs to his opponents head.  
Ghakupow advances into close range and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head, AND GHAZI IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He remains on the canvas as the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Ghakupow!
