David Whittet vs Jake Pierce

Boxing Daily Report from the FightArama promoted show at The Trusts Stadium, Auckland,  taking place on 06/03/2043:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the New Zealand Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV One, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are David Whittet (10(3) - 2) who hails from North Shore, New Zealand and Jake Pierce(18(1) - 11(2)) from Christchurch, New Zealand.  Both Whittet and Pierce weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Billy Nesmith, and the three ringside judges are Mark Kinzey, Ellis Raharuhi and Will Bour.  

Round 1:
