Shen Qu vs Wu-pen Tse

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Shanghai promoted show at Shanghai Lam, Shanghai,  taking place on 21/12/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Shen Qu (8 - 12(2) - 5) who hails from Shanghai, China and Wu-pen Tse(20(1) - 17(5) - 9) from Shanghai, China.  Qu weighed in at 154 pounds and 13 ounces, while Tse weighed in at 154 pounds and 9 ounces.    As both fighters have come in over the weight limit, neither will be able to fight for the final eliminator position which would have been on the line.  
The referee tonight is Genjo Miao, and the three ringside judges are Huang-fu Bao, Yong Bok and Wang Bi.
