Xalvador Rubio vs Neper Gurule

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Estadio Nacional de F+�tbol Pedro Marrero, Havana,  taking place on 06/12/2042:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Cuba Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Xalvador Rubio (19(13) - 0) who hails from Havana, Cuba and Neper Gurule(27(15) - 0) from Santiago de Cuba, Cuba.  Both Rubio and Gurule weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Montel Albarran, and the three ringside judges are Desiderio Villavicencio, Francisco Amaya and Ora Calvin.  

Round 1:

He follows up the attack and lands a cross followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head, AND SENDS GURULE TO THE CANVAS!  He tries to rise on shaky legs but Gurule cant beat the count!  The winner by KO is Rubio!
