Sancho Cuellar vs Santiago Payan

Boxing Daily Report from the Ringside Promotions promoted show at Haihe Educational Football Stadium, Tianjin,  taking place on 08/11/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the WRBO Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Starsports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Sancho Cuellar (14(10) - 1) who hails from San Jose, Costa Rica and Santiago Payan(43(16) - 9(3)) from San Jose, Costa Rica.  Both Cuellar and Payan weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Qing-Nan How, and the three ringside judges are Xin Hai, Lee Yao and Hui-chao Ginn.
