Loredo Lares vs Antonio Rios

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Tamaulipas promoted show at Vicente Delgadillo Gym, Ciudad Victoria,  taking place on 06/10/2042:

Clearly AI Mexico-Tamaulipas have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Tamaulipas Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Loredo Lares (7 - 7 - 4) who hails from Ciudad Victoria, Mexico and Antonio Rios(9 - 13 - 3) from Matamoros, Mexico.  Both Lares and Rios weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Santiago Lopez, and the three ringside judges are Xeres Sevilla, Diego Toro and Rodrigo Franco.  

Round 1: 

Lares digs in a right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Lares attempts to land a jab, but Rios blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Rios manages to force Lares into the corner.  Rios throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref stops the action and gives Lares time to recover.

Rios steps inside and manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  As Rios tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Lares has taken some damage there.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.  
Rios connects with a right hook.  
Rios drives a left uppercut into Lares's ribs.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Lares's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Rios's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.
