David Whittet vs Louis Ngata

Boxing Daily Report from the FightArama promoted show at Manfeild Stadium, Wellington,  taking place on 27/10/2042:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the New Zealand Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Prime, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are David Whittet (8(1) - 2) who hails from North Shore, New Zealand and Louis Ngata(10 - 4(4)) from North Shore, New Zealand.  Whittet weighed in at 174 pounds and 5 ounces, while Ngata weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jonathan Laurie, and the three ringside judges are Will Swaney, Erorangi Muunu and Gareth Page.
