Bart Platter vs Joe Ables

Boxing Daily Report from the Kiwi Promotions promoted show at Wa Ngata Gym, Wellington,  taking place on 29/09/2042:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the New Zealand-Wellington Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Bart Platter (5 - 16 - 3 - 1(NC)) who hails from Wellington, New Zealand and Joe Ables(4 - 4 - 1) from Wellington, New Zealand.  Both Platter and Ables weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Erorangi Muunu, and the three ringside judges are Erorangi Muunu, Alen Ritchey and Mel Binner.  

Round 1: 

Platter is looking to close the distance.  Ables hits home with a left hook.  
Ables connects with a right hook.  
Ables quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Platter steps inside.  Platter pivots from in front of his opponent.  Ables lands a left hook.  
Ables throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook to Ables's ribs.  
Platter lands a left hook followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Platter's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Ables's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.

Ables is on target with a cross.  
Platter forces Ables to back into the ropes.  Platter sidesteps to the left of his opponent and hits home with a left hook.  
Ables pivots to the side of his opponent and is on target with a right hook.  
Platter is looking to keep the action on the outside and drives a cross into Ables's body.
