Boxing Daily Report from the Ruzgeryan Promotions promoted show at Santo Domingo de Guz Aguila, Santo Domingo de Guzman,  taking place on 14/09/2042:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Dominican Republic Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CERTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Orlando Garrido (7(2) - 0) who hails from Santo Domingo de Guzman, Dominican Republic and Vicente Ferraz(12 - 12(2) - 3) from Santo Domingo Oeste, Dominican Republic.  Garrido weighed in at 228 pounds and 8 ounces, while Ferraz weighed in at 225 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Hernan Orosco, and the three ringside judges are Isidro Rubio, Macario Benito and Neper Alviar.

Garrido connects with a MASSIVE left hook.  FERRAZ IS HURT!  Garrido holds on to his opponent.  Garrido uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Ferraz's kidney. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Garrido.  
Garrido tries to keep the action at long range.  Garrido is really starting to turn up the heat!  He senses a stoppage here.  Garrido lands a right hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  He continues the combination and lands a left uppercut, right hook and a right uppercut to his opponents head, AND SENDS FERRAZ TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 6.
