Leeroy Tinkler vs Rich Phoenix

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Oregon promoted show at Portland Balmer, Portland,  taking place on 08/09/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Pacific Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Now TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Leeroy Tinkler (22 - 14(4) - 4) who hails from Eugene, USA and Rich Phoenix(17 - 0 - 1) from Las Vegas, USA.  Tinkler weighed in at 147 pounds And 11 ounces, while Phoenix weighed in at 147 pounds.    As Tinkler came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Brett Edmison, and the three ringside judges are Charles Banks, Alec Romo and Brett Moss.
