Yutaka Sugimoto vs Naoki Izumi

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Chiba promoted show at Kashiwa Kitamura, Kashiwa,  taking place on 02/09/2042:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Japan-Chiba Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Yutaka Sugimoto (23 - 6(1)) who hails from Ichikawa, Japan and Naoki Izumi(24 - 7 - 2) from Funabashi, Japan.  Both Sugimoto and Izumi weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jiro Tobe, and the three ringside judges are Mikio Kawai, Michi Anzai and Kaede Ishimoto.
