Boxing Daily Report from the Colby Productions promoted show at Will Power Boxing Complex, Accra,  taking place on 16/07/2042:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Kyrone Salawu (2(1) - 1) who hails from Takoradi, Ghana and Hugh Djan(3 - 12) from Accra, Ghana.  Salawu weighed in at 234 pounds And 14 ounces, while Djan weighed in at 246 pounds And 4 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ben Mayat, and the three ringside judges are Umair Hossain, Razi Adusei and Quintavius Akrobettoe.  

Round 1: 

Djan switches the action to the outside.  Salawu feints a left hook, and then lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head.

Salawu steps inside.  Djan throws a left hook, but Salawu clinches his opponent.  Salawu is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Salawu's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Djan's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Djan's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.
