Boxing Daily Report from the Fistic Inc promoted show at Claude Robillard Centre, Montreal,  taking place on 02/08/2042:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Rich Wynne (11(6) - 0) who hails from Edmonton, Canada and Evgeny Gasymov(22(3) - 10(2) - 1) from Samarqand, Uzbekistan.  Both Wynne and Gasymov weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Germain Baute, and the three ringside judges are Jasper Kopa, Michael Patillo and Simon Barra.  

Round 1: 

Gasymov steps away from his opponent.  Wynne lands a jab followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Wynne lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Wynne advances into close range and walks Gasymov down, trapping him on the ropes.  Wynne pivots to the left of his opponent and is on target with a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Wynne attempts to land a left uppercut, but Gasymov slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Wynne drives a sharp right uppercut into his opponents body.  
Wynne cuts off the ring, trapping Gasymov in the red corner.  Wynne lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Wynne pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a right uppercut, left uppercut and a right hook to his opponents body.  
Wynne drives a solid right hook into Gasymov's body.  
Wynne lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Gasymov is on target with a right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Gasymov throws a right hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Wynne digs in a solid left uppercut to his opponents liver.  
Wynne pivots to the left of his opponent.  Wynne throws a left uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Wynne lands a left hook to the body, a left uppercut to the body and a right hook to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Gasymov quickly recovers.

Wynne drives a left hook into Gasymov's body.  
Gasymov hits the target with a stiff jab.  
Wynne advances into close range and is on target with a firm left hook to his opponents ribs.  GASYMOV WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Wynne throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  Gasymov recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Wynne lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the body.  
Wynne pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Wynne sidesteps to the right of his opponent and digs in a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Wynne lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Gasymov's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Gasymov's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Gasymov's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Some sustained pressure from Wynne could be enough to finish Gasymov!  Wynne lands a cross followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a cross followed by a right hook to his opponents head, DROPPING GASYMOV TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 5.  Gasymov now seems to have his senses back.
