Porfio Montez vs Miguel Puebla

Boxing Daily Report from the Pearlnew Promotions promoted show at Medellin Madray, Medellin,  taking place on 18/06/2042:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Colombia-Antioquia Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Porfio Montez (15 - 9(1) - 5) who hails from Medellin, Colombia and Miguel Puebla(2 - 6 - 2) from Medellin, Colombia.  Montez weighed in at 115 pounds, while Puebla weighed in at 114 pounds And 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Alejandro Yero, and the three ringside judges are Yago Villaflor, Fausto Sastre and Bronco Cepeda.  

Round 1: 

Montez tries to keep the action at long range.  Montez quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and hits home with an overhand right.  
Puebla tries to keep the action at long range.  Puebla feints a cross, but Montez ignores the feint and responds with a cross.

Montez gets on the inside.  Montez sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Montez closes the distance.  Montez wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Puebla has taken some damage there.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.
