Seth Spier vs Vanni Rubino

Boxing Daily Report from the International Boxing Fight League promoted show at Xfinity Theater, Hartford,  taking place on 12/07/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Seth Superman Spier (4 - 0) who hails from El Paso, USA and Vanni Rubino(10 - 24(5) - 7) from Rochester, USA.  Spier weighed in at 243 pounds and 7 ounces, while Rubino weighed in at 245 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ian Parry, and the three ringside judges are Hayden Blacketer, John Kippen and Kieran Gunion.  

Round 1: 

Spier manages to force Rubino into the blue corner.  Spier connects with a left uppercut.

Spier tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Rubino behind the head. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Spier.
