Ramirez Rosete vs Guillermo Farias

Boxing Daily Report from the Kwofie Promotions promoted show at Mexicali Machado, Mexicali,  taking place on 29/04/2042:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Baja California Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ramirez Rosete (26(12) - 18(15)) who hails from Tijuana, Mexico and Guillermo Farias(12 - 3) from Tijuana, Mexico.  Both Rosete and Farias weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Senon Andrada, and the three ringside judges are Juan Griego, Vicente Navarra and Santiago Ponce.  

Round 1: 

Rosete lands a right hook to the head, a right uppercut to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Rosete is on target with a right uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
Rosete digs in a left hook to Farias's body.  
Rosete quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Farias is on target with a sharp cross.

Rosete manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Rosete sidesteps to the right of his opponent andRosete wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Farias dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Farias lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Rosete pivots from in front of his opponent and drives a firm left hook into Farias's body.

Rosete gets on the inside and drives a stinging right uppercut into his opponents body.  
Rosete tries to land a right hook, but Farias slips the shot and counters with a cross.

Rosete forces Farias to retreat onto the ropes.  Rosete digs in a left uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Farias dabs at his face checking for damage.

Rosete slams a mean left hook into Farias's body.  FARIAS IS HURT!  
Some sustained pressure from Rosete could be enough to finish Farias!  Rosete lands a left hook, right uppercut and a left hook to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook, right uppercut and a left uppercut to his opponents body, KNOCKING FARIAS DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  It looks like Farias has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.

Rosete feints a cross, and then attempts to land a right hook, but Farias slips the shot and counters with a firm right hook.

Farias digs in a left hook to Rosete's body.  
Rosete lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Rosete ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Farias pushes his forearm into Rosete's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  Farias quickly recovers. 
Rosete lands a right uppercut to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the head.

Rosete knows Farias is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Rosete lands consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body.  He then lands a right uppercut followed by  two left hooks to his opponents body, AND DROPS FARIAS!  He is back up on his feet at 8.
