Will Walsh vs Jack Sheridan

Boxing Daily Report from the Plunder Boxing promoted show at Plunder Gym, Glasgow,  taking place on 14/04/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Will Walsh (4 - 0) who hails from Coventry, UK and Jack Sheridan(6 - 6 - 1) from Birmingham, UK.  Both Walsh and Sheridan weighed in at 105 pounds.  
The referee tonight is David McClarnon, and the three ringside judges are Peter McAlister, Gordon Loch and Charlie MacNeal.  

Round 1: 

Walsh gets on the inside and digs in a solid left hook to his opponents body.  Walsh holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Walsh pushes his forearm into Sheridan's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Walsh throws a left hook, but his opponent avoids the punch with a sidestep.  Walsh clinches his opponent.  Walsh is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Walsh about fouling.  
Sheridan pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a right hook.  
Walsh steps inside and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  Walsh holds on to his opponent.  Walsh leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Walsh uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Sheridan behind the head. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Walsh to stop fouling.  
Walsh is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  Walsh clinches his opponent.  Walsh uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Sheridan behind the head. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Walsh.
