Ponce Verdejo vs Hainrich Kocon

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Poland-Lower Silesian promoted show at Wroclaw Kocinski, Wroclaw,  taking place on 18/04/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Poland Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on nSport, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Green Ponce Verdejo (39(30) - 7) who hails from Krakow, Poland and Hainrich Kocon(22 - 24 - 9) from Wroclaw, Poland.  Both Verdejo and Kocon weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jakub Jezowski, and the three ringside judges are Eliasz Cygan, Cyryl Kendzior and Tomasz Budny.  

Round 1: 

Verdejo lands a spiteful jab.

Verdejo steps to the outside.  Kocon quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Verdejo lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.

Kocon tries to land a jab, but Verdejo slips the shot and counters with a nasty left hook to his opponents body.  IT LOOKS LIKE KOCON WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Verdejo knows it could take just a few clean shots to force the stoppage.  Verdejo whips in a hurtful right hook to Kocon's body.  KOCON IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 4.  
Kocon manages to force Verdejo onto the ropes.  Verdejo whips in a spiteful right uppercut to Kocon's body.  KOCON IS DOWN!  He manages to get up at 4.  Kocon now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Kocon waits at the mid-range with a lowered guard, waiting for his opponent to throw a punch.  Verdejo is on target with a jab.  
Verdejo drives a right hook into his opponents body.  
Verdejo lands with a stiff jab.  
Verdejo lands a jab.  
Verdejo lands an overhand right.  
Verdejo feints a left, and then lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.

Kocon closes the distance and walks Verdejo onto the ropes.  Verdejo lands a right uppercut to the body followed by two left hook's to the head.

Verdejo hits home with a left hook.  Verdejo tries to land a cross, but Kocon blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Verdejo lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Kocon tries to land a cross, but Verdejo dodges the shot and counters with a cross.  
Verdejo lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Verdejo thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Kocon away.  Verdejo lands two consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents head.  He then lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head, DROPPING KOCON TO THE CANVAS!  He fails to beat the count!  The winner by KO is Verdejo!
