Aidan George vs Douglas Baird

Boxing Daily Report from the Plunder Boxing promoted show at Emirates Arena, Glasgow,  taking place on 24/04/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the British Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport UK, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are The Animal Aidan George (23(14) - 7(3) - 1) who hails from London, UK and Douglas Baird(60(16) - 8(7)) from Dundee, UK.  Both George and Baird weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Peter MacLaughlin, and the three ringside judges are Andy Jones, Peter McWethy and Alan Donovan.
