Francisco Palacios vs Leonel Verdugo

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Stub Hub Center (Football), Los Angeles,  taking place on 29/03/2042:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Americas Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Francisco Palacios (18(10) - 2(1)) who hails from Torreon, Mexico and Leonel Verdugo(53(35) - 20(13)) from Sao Paulo, Brazil.  Palacios weighed in at 139 pounds And 12 ounces, while Verdugo weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mark Rielly, and the three ringside judges are Alastair Hankin, Noel Bertram and Dylan Nield.
