Nori Yamazaki vs Yoshi Teramoto

Boxing Daily Report from the Ninja Warriors promoted show at Machida Shintani, Machida,  taking place on 16/03/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Nori Yamazaki (12 - 14(1) - 6) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Yoshi Teramoto(29(4) - 20(8)) from Kawasaki, Japan.  Both Yamazaki and Teramoto weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Nori Tamanaha, and the three ringside judges are Kenji Okuda, Goro Oyama and Kazuki Miyashiro.  

Round 1: 

Yamazaki steps to the outside.  Teramoto is keeping his hands low...it looks like he wants his opponent to throw first.  Yamazaki connects with a cross.  
Teramoto manouvers Yamazaki onto the ropes.  Teramoto pivots to the side of his opponent.  Yamazaki throws a right hook, but Teramoto clinches his opponent.  Teramoto is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Teramoto tries to step out of his opponents range.  Yamazaki hits home with an overhand right.  
Teramoto is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  Teramoto holds on to his opponent.  Teramoto is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Teramoto about fouling.
