Mahinder Sankar vs Sajid Salem

Boxing Daily Report from the Plunder Boxing promoted show at Stadium Negara, Kuala Lumpur,  taking place on 19/03/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Malaysia Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Astro Arena, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Mahinder Sankar (24(4) - 9(6)) who hails from Johor Bahru, Malaysia and Sajid Salem(28(3) - 9(1)) from Ipoh, Malaysia.  Both Sankar and Salem weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Xi-Wang Soon, and the three ringside judges are Obaid Ishmael, Ibrahim Mohammed and Mark Choi.
