Dave Nkomo vs Charlie Fithen

Boxing Daily Report from the Jaromir Dobroniecki promoted show at Palladium Ballroom, Dallas,  taking place on 21/01/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dave Black Sniper Nkomo (8(4) - 0) who hails from Harare, Zimbabwe and Charlie Fithen(19 - 24(2) - 4) from Chicago, USA.  Nkomo weighed in at 228 pounds and 8 ounces, while Fithen weighed in at 245 pounds and 5 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Sid Hackney, and the three ringside judges are Andy Saenz, Noah Fergusson and Justin Clogston.  

Round 1: 

Nkomo steps inside and lands a right uppercut to the body followed by two left hook's to the head.  
Nkomo is on target with a left hook.  Nkomo holds on to his opponent.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Nkomo hits home with a firm right hook.  
Nkomo is looking to close the distance and connects with a stinging left hook.  
Fithen throws a right hook, but Nkomo holds on to his opponent.  Nkomo is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Nkomo is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a right uppercut to the body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Fithen quickly recovers. 
Nkomo manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Nkomo lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Nkomo pivots to the right of his opponent and digs in a solid left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Nkomo pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Nkomo closes the distance and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Fithen quickly recovers. 
Nkomo is looking to close the distance and hits home with a firm left hook.  
Nkomo walks Fithen down, trapping him in the corner.  Nkomo drives a firm left uppercut into Fithen's body.  
Nkomo is on target with a sharp right hook to Fithen's body.  Nkomo clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Nkomo pushes his forearm into Fithen's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Nkomo lands a firm right hook.  
Nkomo lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Nkomo lands a right hook, left hook and a right hook to his opponents body.  
Nkomo gets on the inside and lands a left uppercut to the head, a right uppercut to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Nkomo advances into close range and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Nkomo lands two jabs followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Nkomo steps inside and is on target with a firm left hook to Fithen's ribs.  
Nkomo lands consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body.  
Nkomo is on target with a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Nkomo cuts off the ring, trapping Fithen on the ropes.  Nkomo sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Fithen throws a left hook, but Nkomo holds on to his opponent.  Nkomo leans on his opponent using all his weight. Nkomo hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Nkomo about fouling.  
Nkomo throws a left uppercut, but his opponent avoids the punch with a sidestep.  Nkomo holds on to his opponent.  Nkomo is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Nkomo and breaks the clinch.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Fithen's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Fithen's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Fithen's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Fithen's trainer is telling his fighter to tighten his defence.

Fithen throws a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Nkomo closes the distance and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  He then lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Nkomo lands a solid left hook.  
Nkomo lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Fithen throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.

Nkomo is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook followed by  two left hooks to his opponents body.
