Dale Mattas vs Oliver Pierce

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG), Melbourne,  taking place on 25/01/2042:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Oceania Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SBS1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Dale Mattas (32(18) - 6(4) - 1 - 1(NC)) who hails from Perth, Australia and Oliver Pierce(23(6) - 14(6) - 2) from Melbourne, Australia.  Both Mattas and Pierce weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is John Travis, and the three ringside judges are Sammy Lorimer, Aaron Hadjinyan and Arran Forbes.  

Round 1: 

Mattas advances into close range and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.

He follows up the attack and lands a left uppercut to the head followed by two right hook's to the body, AND DROPS PIERCE TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 4.  Pierce now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.
