Cuba Malle vs Patrick Drum

Boxing Daily Report from the Jaromir Dobroniecki promoted show at Palladium Ballroom, Dallas,  taking place on 21/01/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Cuba Malle (12(7) - 0) who hails from Guatemala City, Guatemala and Patrick Drum(21 - 17(2) - 4) from Houston, USA.  Malle weighed in at 121 pounds and 13 ounces, while Drum weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Noah Fergusson, and the three ringside judges are Sid Hackney, Justin Clogston and Andy Saenz.  

Round 1: 

Malle throws a left hook, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Malle holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Malle pushes his forearm into Drum's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Malle to stop fouling.  
Malle forces Drum to retreat into the corner.  Malle throws a left uppercut, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Malle ties up his opponent.  Malle is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Malle's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Malle throws a right uppercut, but the shot is blocked.  Malle ties up his opponent.  Malle leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Malle's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Malle lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Drum hits home with a left hook.

Malle lands a right hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the body.  Malle clinches his opponent.  Malle leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.

Malle lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Drum throws a left hook, but the shot is blocked.  Malle clinches his opponent.  Malle tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Drum behind the head. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Malle about fouling.  
Drum tries to step out of his opponents range.  Malle lands a sharp cross.  
Malle steps inside and digs in a left uppercut to Drum's body.  
Malle manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Malle digs in a right hook to Drum's body.  
The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Drum dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Malle hits home with a left hook.  
Malle is on target with a firm left hook to Drum's body.  
Malle forces Drum to retreat into the corner.  Malle lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  Malle holds on to his opponent.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Malle digs in a potent right hook to Drum's body.  DRUM IS DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 6.
