Richie Forsyth vs James Riggins

Boxing Daily Report from the Rain City Rumble promoted show at Vancouver Stephenson, Vancouver,  taking place on 18/11/2041:

Clearly Rain City Rumble have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Canada-British Columbia Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Richie Forsyth (9 - 4 - 3) who hails from Vancouver, Canada and James Riggins(7 - 20(2) - 3) from Vancouver, Canada.  Forsyth weighed in at 111 pounds and 13 ounces, while Riggins weighed in at 112 pounds and 14 ounces.    As Riggins came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Paul Low, and the three ringside judges are Michael Crosbie, Kai Sundy and Mark Jones.
