Ares Baros vs Damian Vitalis

Boxing Daily Report from the Kajubi Promotions promoted show at Athens Minga, Athens,  taking place on 15/10/2041:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Greece Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on ERT1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ares Baros (10 - 10(1) - 2) who hails from Athens, Greece and Damian Vitalis(14(1) - 5(2)) from Thessaloniki, Greece.  Baros weighed in at 154 pounds, while Vitalis weighed in at 153 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Telemachus Speros, and the three ringside judges are Phaon Metro, Dion Garis and Cyrus Karalis.  

Round 1: 

Baros steps to the outside.  Vitalis hits home with a spiteful jab.  Vitalis throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Vitalis is looking to close the distance and digs in a right uppercut to Baros's body.  
Vitalis quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and connects with a solid right hook.

Vitalis thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Baros away.  Vitalis SLAMS a mean cross into his opponents face.  BAROS HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He manages to get up at 5.  Baros now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.  
Vitalis sidesteps to the left of his opponent and connects with a right uppercut.  
Vitalis lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Vitalis is on target with a right hook to Baros's ribs.  
Vitalis sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
Vitalis sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a HUGE left uppercut.  DOWN GOES BAROS!  HE MAKES IT TO ONE KNEE, BUT IS UNABLE TO RISE ANY FURTHER AS THE REF COUNTS 10!  The winner by KO is Vitalis!
