Esteban Villarruel vs Carlos Mestas

Boxing Daily Report from the Sucre Promotions promoted show at Guayaquil Huerta, Guayaquil,  taking place on 14/10/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Ecuador Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fox Sports Latin America, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Esteban Villarruel (19(13) - 3(1)) who hails from Cuenco, Ecuador and Carlos Mestas(29 - 7(3)) from Guayaquil, Ecuador.  Villarruel weighed in at 122 pounds, while Mestas weighed in at 122 pounds and 8 ounces.    As Mestas came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the titles on the line tonight.  
The referee tonight is Hilario Granada, and the three ringside judges are Alejandro Orona, Desiderio Castellanos and Joaquin Mejia.
