Grant Bedel vs Ives Ionesco

Boxing Daily Report from the AI France-Nord-Pas-de-Calais promoted show at Roubaix Cabal, Roubaix,  taking place on 24/09/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the France-Nord-Pas-de-Calais Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Grant Bedel (3 - 13 - 4) who hails from Roubaix, France and Ives Ionesco(39(16) - 12(4)) from Lille, France.  Bedel weighed in at 146 pounds and 6 ounces, while Ionesco weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sezni Prost, and the three ringside judges are Colar Delon, Nicolas Reinier and Boden Ogier.  

Round 1: 

Ionesco is looking to close the distance and drives a right hook into Bedel's body.

Ionesco lands two right hook's to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body, AND DROPS BEDEL!  He beats the count, getting up at 6.  Bedel now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Ionesco closes the distance and drives a solid right hook into his opponents body.
