Vasili Belkin vs Sergei Kruglov

Boxing Daily Report from the Shongwe Promotions promoted show at Perm Belussov, Perm,  taking place on 03/04/2040:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Russia-Perm Krai Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Vasili Belkin (19(2) - 1) who hails from Perm, Russia and Sergei Kruglov(9 - 17(2) - 5) from Perm, Russia.  Both Belkin and Kruglov weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Borya Lukyanov, and the three ringside judges are Sasha Markow, Borya Lobanov and Sasha Lukyanov.
