Joe Wan vs Noah Seward

Boxing Daily Report from the Harvey Parker promoted show at The Albert Halls, Bolton,  taking place on 21/02/2040:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the British-Northern England Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport UK, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are JW Joe Wan (25(16) - 3) who hails from Leeds, UK and Noah Seward(10 - 12(3)) from Bolton, UK.  Wan weighed in at 175 pounds, while Seward weighed in at 174 pounds And 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Neil McClimans, and the three ringside judges are Anton Kirk, Harry Marchbank and Jonathan Duane.
