Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at North Shore Stadium, Auckland,  taking place on 31/12/2039:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the New Zealand Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV One, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ewan Ferries (19(8) - 4) who hails from Auckland, New Zealand and John Malcomson(24(11) - 8(1) - 1) from Auckland, New Zealand.  Ferries weighed in at 107 pounds And 12 ounces, while Malcomson weighed in at 107 pounds And 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Clinton Martie, and the three ringside judges are Jack Hislop, Hamahona Kurawhatia and Will Mellas.
