Charlie Akre vs John Gilchrist

Boxing Daily Report from the Top Shelf Prospects promoted show at The Venue at UCF, Orlando,  taking place on 11/11/2039:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Charlie Akre (5(4) - 0) who hails from St. Louis, USA and John Gilchrist(9 - 14 - 6) from Spokane, USA.  Akre weighed in at 140 pounds, while Gilchrist weighed in at 139 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Zachary Headden, and the three ringside judges are Daniel Ruthven, Oleos Infante and David Gilmer.  

Round 1: 

Akre connects with a solid left uppercut.  
Akre is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  Akre ties up his opponent.  Akre tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Gilchrist's kidney. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Akre closes the distance.  Akre sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Gilchrist throws a left hook, but Akre clinches his opponent.  Akre leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Akre feints a cross, and then is on target with a sharp right hook to his opponents ribs.  
Akre advances into close range.  Akre pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Akre lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Akre manouvers Gilchrist into a neutral corner.  Akre lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  He continues the combination and lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents ribs.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Gilchrist almost instantly recovers. 
Akre closes the distance and lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left uppercut to the body.

Gilchrist wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Akre dabs at his face checking for damage.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Akre.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.  
Akre digs in a right hook to his opponents body.  
Akre feints a jab, and then is on target with a firm cross.  
Akre lands a right hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the body.
