Carlos Jacome vs Ewan Duff

Boxing Daily Report from the Smokin Joe promoted show at Stanford Stadium, San Francisco,  taking place on 23/11/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Carlos Jacome (1(1) - 0) who hails from Tijuana, Mexico and Ewan Duff(8 - 9(1) - 1) from Quebec City, Canada.  Both Jacome and Duff weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Paul Herring, and the three ringside judges are Chris Morgan, Brett Trumble and Glynn Milliner.  

Round 1: 

Jacome is on target with a cross to Duff's body.  
Jacome advances into close range and lands a left hook, right hook and a left hook to his opponents body.  Jacome holds on to his opponent.  Jacome leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Jacome drives a solid left hook into Duff's body.  Jacome ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Jacome pushes his forearm into Duff's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Jacome lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  Jacome clinches his opponent.  Jacome pushes his forearm into Duff's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Jacome to stop fouling.  
Jacome is on target with a firm cross.  
Jacome gets on the inside and hits home with a firm left uppercut.  
Duff sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Jacome lands a right uppercut followed by a cross to his opponents body.  
Jacome lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Jacome manouvers Duff into a neutral corner.  Jacome hits home with a stinging left hook.  Jacome holds on to his opponent.  Jacome is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Jacome.  
Jacome lands a cross to the head, a jab to the head and a right uppercut to the body.  
Jacome is on target with a stinging cross.  
Jacome closes the distance and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Jacome connects with a stinging left hook.  
Jacome is looking to close the distance and is on target with a solid left hook to Duff's body.  Jacome ties up his opponent.  Jacome leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Jacome pivots to the left of his opponent.  Jacome lands a right hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Jacome clinches his opponent.  Jacome uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Duff behind the head. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Jacome about fouling.  
Jacome is looking for the shot to finish his opponent.  Jacome lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head, AND KNOCKS DUFF DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 6.  It looks like Duff has now recovered from that shot earlier.  
Jacome closes the distance and lands a big right hook.  DUFF IS HURT!  Duff recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Jacome lands a left uppercut to the body, a left hook to the body and a left uppercut to the head.  
Jacome hits home with a sharp left hook.  
Jacome gets on the inside and is on target with a solid left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Jacome lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Duff's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Duff's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Jacome lands a stinging jab.  
Jacome gets on the inside and digs in a right hook to Duff's body.  
Jacome steps inside and lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Duff sidesteps to the right of his opponent and finds the target with a jab.  
Duff pivots to the right of his opponent.  Jacome drives a firm right hook into Duff's ribs.  
Jacome is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Jacome pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a sharp cross.  
Duff throws a left uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Jacome steps inside and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Jacome is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the head followed by two right hook's to the body.  
Jacome lands a sharp jab.  
Jacome is on target with a right hook to Duff's body.  
Jacome manouvers his opponent into the corner.  Jacome lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.

Jacome lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Duff quickly recovers.

At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Duff's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Duff's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Duff pivots to the side of his opponent.  Jacome is on target with a firm cross.  
Jacome closes the distance and hits home with a stinging left hook.  
Jacome lands a cross.  
Jacome hits home with a solid cross.  
Jacome closes the distance and EXPLODES a CRUSHING left hook into his opponents face.  DUFF IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 7.
