Danyaal Azzi vs Bruce Finnegan

Boxing Daily Report from the Knoetze Promotions promoted show at Perth Shevchuk, Perth,  taking place on 14/11/2039:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Australia-Western Australia Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Danyaal Azzi (7 - 7 - 2) who hails from Perth, Australia and Bruce Finnegan(11 - 9(4) - 3) from Perth, Australia.  Azzi weighed in at 111 pounds And 9 ounces, while Finnegan weighed in at 111 pounds And 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Barry Rease, and the three ringside judges are Billy Neish, John Drummond and Euan Gregor.  

Round 1: 

Finnegan lands a cross followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Azzi steps away from his opponent and throws an overhand left, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook to his opponents ribs.

Finnegan gets on the inside.  Finnegan pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Azzi has been damaged by the clash of heads.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.  
Finnegan hits home with a cross.
