Jamie Whitehead vs Steven Johnston

Boxing Daily Report from the Sarkodee Promotions promoted show at Dale McLain Gym, Minneapolis,  taking place on 04/11/2039:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Minnesota Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jamie Whitehead (5 - 5 - 2) who hails from Minneapolis, USA and Steven Johnston(6 - 10(2) - 5) from Saint Paul, USA.  Both Whitehead and Johnston weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Phil Bertel, and the three ringside judges are David Scholar, Zachary Mattus and Phil Bertel.  

Round 1: 

Whitehead closes the distance and connects with a left hook.  
Whitehead attempts to land a jab, but Johnston parries the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Johnston drives a left hook into Whitehead's ribs.
