Rob Banter vs Colin Hovel

Boxing Daily Report from the Sugar Valley promotion promoted show at PPG Paints Arena, Pittsburgh,  taking place on 10/11/2039:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the USA-Pennsylvania Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Now TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rob Banter (21(4) - 3(1) - 2) who hails from Philadelphia, USA and Colin Hovel(7 - 7 - 1) from Philadelphia, USA.  Both Banter and Hovel weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mark Alderdice, and the three ringside judges are Sammy Duchamp, Lloyd Orton and Dominic Hinault.  

Round 1:
