Roy Minion vs Merrill de Lisle

Boxing Daily Report from the Wigwam Promotions promoted show at Dakar Arena, Dakar,  taking place on 22/10/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Western African Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Roy Minion (26(9) - 4(1)) who hails from Touba, Senegal and Merrill de Lisle(33(31) - 1) from Bamenda, Cameroon.  Both Minion and de Lisle weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Boyce Perec, and the three ringside judges are Orleans Dabo, Maslin Diene and Holland Mandiang.
