There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-South Cotabato Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gregor Macabenta (6(2) - 0) who hails from General Santos, Philippines and Brett Matute(7 - 10 - 4) from General Santos, Philippines.  Both Macabenta and Matute weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Carlos Viloria, and the three ringside judges are Joaquin Dalao, Jaguar Alatorre and Nemesio Sagun.  

Round 1: 

Matute advances into close range.  Matute pivots to the side of his opponent.  Macabenta throws a right uppercut, but his opponent avoids the shot.  Macabenta holds on to his opponent. Macabenta sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands two left hook's to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.
