Cirio Kamber vs Atlas Karalis

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Greece-Attica promoted show at Prophyrios Tassi Gym, Athens,  taking place on 22/09/2039:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Greece-Attica Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Cirio Kamber (16(12) - 3(2)) who hails from Athens, Greece and Atlas Karalis(13 - 11 - 4) from Athens, Greece.  Both Kamber and Karalis weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Korudon Katsaros, and the three ringside judges are Panos Manos, Aeneas Manella and Etor Lillis.  

Round 1: 

Karalis quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Kamber lands a hard jab.  
Karalis gets on the inside.  Kamber lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Kamber is looking to keep the action on the outside and attempts to land a cross, but Karalis dodges the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Karalis closes the distance.  Kamber is on target with a right uppercut to Karalis's body.  Kamber ties up his opponent.  Karalis hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Karalis sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Kamber lands a jab followed by  two straights to his opponents head.  
Karalis is looking to close the distance.  Kamber sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Karalis throws a right hook, but Kamber ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Kamber pushes his forearm into Karalis's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Kamber to stop fouling.

Kamber lands a jab, overhand left and a cross to his opponents head.  
Kamber steps to the outside and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head, DROPPING KARALIS TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 7.  Karalis quickly recovers. 
Karalis is looking to close the distance.  Kamber lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Kamber is looking to keep his distance and lands a straight 1 - 2.  He then lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Karalis quickly recovers. 
Kamber is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  He then lands two jabs followed by an overhand left to his opponents head.  
Kamber lands a cross followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Kamber switches the action to the outside and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Kamber lands a jab to the body followed by a cross to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Kamber finds the target with a jab.  
Kamber lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Kamber quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a left hook.  
Kamber feints a cross, and then is on target with a spiteful jab.

Kamber is keeping his hands low...it looks like he wants his opponent to throw first.  Karalis throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.

Kamber tries to land a cross, but Karalis slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Karalis's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Karalis's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Karalis's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Karalis advances into close range.  Karalis pivots to the left of his opponent.  Kamber DETONATES a spiteful left hook on his opponents face.  KARALIS IS HURT!  Kamber clinches his opponent.  Kamber is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Kamber switches the action to the outside and lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head, AND DROPS KARALIS TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 4.  
Kamber is looking to put the pressure on now...he knows a few clean shots could mean an early night.  Kamber lands two straights followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head, AND DOWN GOES KARALIS!  He is back up on his feet at 9.  Karalis now seems to have his senses back.  
Kamber is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands an overhand left.  
Karalis closes the distance.  Kamber lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Karalis almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Kamber is looking to keep his distance and lands a jab.  
Kamber connects with a left uppercut.  
Kamber is on target with a sharp cross.  
Kamber lands a double jab to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands two straights followed by a jab to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Kamber senses his opponent is hurt.  He is looking to stop Karalis and just needs the right shot.  Kamber lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  He then lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND DROPS KARALIS!  He fails to beat the count!  The winner by KO is Kamber!
